Michelle Lolo

Michelle Lolo earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kean University, NJ in 2011, Following graduation, she attended the University of Scranton, PA and earned two Masters' degrees from that university of higher education, a Master of Science in Accountancy in 2018 and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management in 2011. Her healthcare and business career commenced as Coordinator for a podiatric practice, Foot & Ankle Specialists of New Jersey for four years from 2008-2012. Subsequently, she was an Administrative Assistant for a law firm, Michael Kurak, P.C. in New Jersey from 2012-2013, involved in multi-facets of the firm's client relations. From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Lolo was an Acquisition Specialist for North Star Staffing Solutions, creating operational plans and involving operations of a large staffing and employment firm. From 2015 to 2020, and prior to Ironbound Community Health Center concept development and strategic planning, she was the Office Manager of Survivor Fire and Safety and involved in all facets of the firm's operations from billing and collections, to daily operations, systems, and policies and procedures. Based on her business acumen, background in business and healthcare, plus the double Masters' in Accountancy and Human Resources Management - both areas vital to the commencement and ongoing finance and operations of Ironbound Community Health Center - Ms. Lolo was hired by the health center's Board of Directors to develop, operate, and plan for the health center's future growth as a Federally Qualified Health Center.
